Quick answers

I don't get notifications. Settings → Notifications → turn on, then tap "Send test notification". Also check iPhone Settings → Carlee → Notifications and that no Focus mode is blocking them. Alerts are set at 09:00 and only for dates still in the future.
How do I delete a car, entry, trip or reminder? Open it and use the red Delete button, or press and hold / right-click it in a list.
How do I move my data to a new phone? Keep "Sync with iCloud" on, or use Settings → Export backup and Import backup.
My car isn't in the library. Search for it and tap "Use … as my car", or type the details yourself.
Can I use Carlee on iPad and Mac? Yes, on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
